Packages are generally dispatched within 1-5 days after receipt of payment. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer cold packed shipping an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us if you require this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is not the item you received. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at customer service with details of the product mix up. You must return the item in original condition in original packaging and in the original shipping box with the original packing materials and the packing slip. There are NO REFUNDS on food items.

Find the return instructions included in your shipment. Generally items should be return in the same box which it was received at the receivers expense. Once items are received at the return location, based on your information we will issue a refund or dispatch a replacement within 1-5 days.

DO NOT FILE A CHARGE-BACK IN ANY CASE. WE WILL DISPUTE YOUR CHARGE-BACK AND RETAIN 100% OF YOUR REFUND FOR OFFICE FEES.
